Not necessarily. If you are alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket office, you already get the group discount.

No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is no problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.

A declaration of consent from parents is not required. It is important that all children adhere to the applicable conditions of carriage. Children from the age of 3 may toboggan accompanied and from the age of 8 alone.

Yes, we have group prices for school classes. Our group price is available for groups of 15 or more.

Normally, between 7 and 9 trips per hour/person are possible. This depends on the actual number of people.

We promise: once you've ridden once, you'll definitely want to ride a second time!

You can follow the daily rush live on our webcam.

It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of the other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.

Your group ticket can only be redeemed at the summer toboggan run. The attractions have separate tickets. You can also buy your ticket in our webshop before your visit.

Our prices are divided into two categories: Children and adults. All persons aged 15 and over pay the adult price. Children up to the age of 14 pay the children's price. This also applies to schoolchildren on school trips. Please also note our prices for group offers.

So that we can look after you in the best possible way and have the food warm at the perfect time, you need to register in advance using our contact form.

We need the following information:

• Day of visit and time of planned arrival
• Duration of the stay, if known
• Number of participants (children or adults)
• The mobile number of a supervisor or teacher who will accompany you on the day of the visit

Your details are only required for internal processes and will not be saved or passed on to third parties.

We subject our lifts to the statutory TÜV inspection at regular intervals. The rides are also serviced daily. If you follow the safety instructions of our staff on site and the signs on the track, accidents are virtually impossible.

Once you and your school class have arrived at the Altenberg Adventure Mountain, you register with us at the ticket office.

If you book in advance, our staff will already be informed.

Take a look at our MENU and visit the cozy Rodelklause. You will also find all information on allergens and additives on our menu.

A light rain won't stop you, you can continue hurtling down the mountain. However, if it starts to rain heavily, we will have to close the lifts for the time being. Take a look at our webcam to get a picture.

You can buy tickets for the attractions on site at any time. Some attractions also offer the option of using them by inserting a coin. You can also buy tickets in our webshop before your visit to save you waiting times.
