Important Questions at a glance
When you arrive with your group, simply report to the toboggan cash desk. Here we will explain everything to you and you will receive your complete birthday package.
Registration or reservation is desirable so that everything is well prepared. On the day of the children's birthday party, please register with us at the toboggan cash desk. There you will receive all further information about tobogganing and food.
It is best to plan 1.5 - 2 hours for your stay. You can decide individually how long you would like to stay with us.
- Summer toboggan run: 20-30 min
- Climbing labyrinth: 20 min
- Trampoline: 10-30 min (max. 4 children at the same time)
- Food & drink: 20 min
It's best to check out all the attractions now, so you're well prepared.
A light rain won't stop you, you can continue hurtling down the mountain. However, if it starts to rain heavily, we will have to close the lifts for the time being. Take a look at our webcam to get a picture.
Your group ticket can only be redeemed at the summer toboggan run. The attractions have separate tickets. You can also buy your ticket in our webshop before your visit.
Yes, if the birthday child is ill, you can cancel free of charge. If the weather conditions are too bad or it is raining heavily, you can of course also cancel free of charge.
No, you do not need a declaration of consent from parents. Children aged 8 and over can toboggan on their own and can also accompany children under the age of 8.
No no, it's enough if it was your birthday shortly before. You don't have to come by exactly on your birthday. The main thing is that you have a great birthday party!
First of all, get well soon! If the number of participants changes slightly at short notice, we'll turn a blind eye. We will definitely find a solution that works for everyone. Just let us know at the toboggan cash desk.

It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of the other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.
