If the weather does not play along, you only need to cancel briefly. There are no costs. However, you are welcome to come on an alternative day if the weather is fine again.

In general, registration is not necessary for a perfect visit. Smaller groups of up to 10 people in particular do not need to register.

Registration is desirable for groups of 15 or more. Simply contact us conveniently via the group registration form

Yes, the GROUP PRICE is available for our summer toboggan run for groups of 15 or more.

Not necessarily. If you are alone and buy 15 rides at the ticket office, you already get the group discount.

You can pay on site, by EC card or in cash. It is also possible to pay on account. If you want to buy tickets, you can do so in advance via the webshop.

You can still buy tickets for all attractions on site. Some attractions are also coin-operated and therefore do not require a ticket. However, you can also book your tickets in advance via our webshop.

A light rain won't stop you, you can continue hurtling down the mountain. However, if it starts to rain heavily, we will have to close the lifts for the time being. Take a look at our webcam to get a picture.

There is the option of parking with a bus on site. Then it's just a few minutes' walk for you and your travel group and you can immerse yourself in the adventure.

Yes, we can also issue an invoice which can be conveniently transferred after your stay. Please simply provide an invoice address and a contact person when you register.

No, we do not have cancellation fees for group registrations. If you have to cancel your visit at short notice (e.g. due to bad weather), this is not a problem at all. Just let us know so that we are informed. We do not charge any reservation fees.

You can buy the tickets in advance in our webshop. Of course, it is also possible to buy the tickets on site.

It is advisable to stick to the arrival time because of the other groups. Within the opening hours, you are then flexible about the duration of your stay. The number of trips can then be adjusted spontaneously and flexibly depending on your mood.

Your group ticket can only be redeemed at the summer toboggan run. The attractions have separate tickets. You can also buy your ticket in our webshop before your visit.
