Do you want to put your skills to the test? Want to know who is the fastest tobogganer? Then register now for the Altenberg Tobogganing Fun 2026. The fastest tobogganers will be measured with official timekeeping. There is no entry fee. Starting places are limited.

There are various prizes to be won for the first 3 places in each category:

The evaluation categories

There are three categories:

Single (1 person per sled, max. 15 starting places)
Double (2 persons per sled, max. 15 starting places)
Team (4 persons per sled, max. 15 starting places)

The minimum age for participants is 6 years.

On Saturday, 21.02.2026, the competition starts at 12:00 noon. The races start at 13:00 directly at the Altenberg ski lift. No entry fee has to be paid. The number of participants is limited.

Toboggan with classic runners (independently to the start)

Start numbers are allocated approx. 30 minutes before the start of the race
