The early bird sleds longer! In the morning, when most guests are still on their way to Altenberg, you have particularly short waiting times. We then enjoy the tranquillity of nature. This is a real insider tip: Saturday mornings are excellent for tobogganing without long waiting times and with the first rays of sunshine.

Yes, you can pay with all major EC cards and credit cards. The safest way to pay is to check our summer and winter prices.

The best place to look is under Directions, where you will find all the directions. Whether by bike, car or bus.

It's about a 5-minute walk from Altenberg train station to the summer toboggan run.

Yes, you can. You can buy them in our webshop . There you have the option of sending them directly or printing them out.

We open daily from 10 am. Depending on the time of year and vacations, we are open at least until 5 p.m. and longer if required. We are also open on public holidays!

There are two seasons: summer and winter. The summer season starts at the end of March and ends at the beginning of November. Our winter season starts with the first (real) snowfall and usually ends in mid-March when the snow is gone...

Of course, heavy rain or thunderstorms can lead to short-term closures. There is a traffic light system for opening times on our homepage, where our individual attractions are constantly updated.

We are a pet-friendly adventure mountain, so you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you. We ask you to keep dogs on a lead. However, dogs are not allowed on the summer toboggan run.

You can park comfortably in our parking lots. It's only a 5-minute walk to the Altenberg adventure mountain. The signs will show you the way.

Guests who have a disabled pass with the letter "B" (accompanying person) receive a discount. Please show your ID at the ticket office. Further information can be found on our price list

Yes, the Adventure Mountain site is accessible with a wheelchair or baby carriage. The site is barrier-free.
